All sales are final. Because every jersey is checked before dispatch and Cash on Delivery lets you verify the package at the courier, we do not offer size-change exchanges after delivery. Please use the size guide on the home page, or WhatsApp us your chest and length before ordering — we're happy to suggest the right size.
If your jersey arrives torn, stained, stitched incorrectly, or with a visible print defect, contact us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and include clear photos of the problem along with your order ID. We will replace the jersey at no cost, or issue a full refund if a replacement is not available.
Jerseys that have been worn, washed, perfumed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned. Defects from normal use are not covered.
Message us on WhatsApp at +8801733350311 with your order ID, 2–3 clear photos of the defect, and a short description. We'll confirm within 24 hours and arrange a pickup or drop-off.
For prepaid orders, once we receive the defective jersey we refund the full amount (including original shipping) to your bKash/Nagad/Rocket number within 3 business days. For Cash-on-Delivery orders we replace the jersey; if no replacement is in stock, we issue a refund via mobile money.
