We collect only the information required to fulfil your order: name, phone number, delivery address, and (for prepaid orders) the Transaction ID.
This information is stored in a private Google Sheet and used solely to process and deliver your order. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties, except the courier service required to deliver the parcel (Pathao, Steadfast, or RedX).
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, rough geography, device type, and referring source. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this purpose. We do not use the data to personally identify you and we do not sell it. If you prefer not to be measured you can block the domain www.googletagmanager.com in your browser, enable Do Not Track, or use any common ad / tracker blocker — the site will still work normally. We do not use Facebook Pixel or any other tracking scripts at this time.
